So, you’ve booked your hotel, secured your flight and purchased your admission, and now you find yourself asking….”What next?”
With all the excitement preparing what you plan to wear, your makeup, hair, accessories, etc., we’re sure there are a few things you may not know. So here are a few things you need to consider in terms of transportation:
1.) The show is located at the Georgia World Congress Center at 285 Andrew Young International Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30313.
2.) There are other events occurring during our tradeshow (Cheersport, Circus etc)
a.) Attendees that are staying downtown Shuttle buses are provided for those guests who have VIP or who purchased bus passes. They ONLY go to the hotels listed on our website (except Omni and Glenn hotels). If you are not saying at a host hotel but are still in the downtown area, you can go to the nearest host hotel and catch the shuttle from there.
b.) Attendees that are not staying downtown: Two words: RIDE MARTA! There will be a TON of things occurring in the downtown area during the time of the hair show. To ease your stress it will be better to ride the train and get off at the GWCC stop. Check out the links to get more info on how to ride MARTA. 3.) We do not provide shuttles to or from the airport
4.) Plan to be EARLY! Traffic will be hectic and parking is limited. Buses will be packed and run approx every 20mins. Taxis are available but again, plan for traffic.
5.) Be prepared to walk! Just in case that winds up as your best option.

I have a few questions
1) What time does the shuttle pick up at the host hotels? ( More specifically the Wyndham Galleria )
2) Does the shuttle drop off at the hotels as well? And if so what time?
Pickup begins at 10am. There are no exact scheduled times for pickup and/or drop off, but they will run approximately every 20-30 mins (give or take for traffic). Shuttles will stop at 2:30am (drop off from after-parties)
