Things to Know Part 2: REGISTRATION

keep-calm-bbhairshow-is-in-2-days The hair show is only 2 days (not counting today) away?? Wow!

In part 1, we covered important things to know about transportation, but just in case you missed it, click here.

Now that the flashback is over , let’s move on to some more important matters: REGISTRATION.

First, let us answer this question,What is Registration?”.

Registration is your admission. In order to attend our hair show, every guest has to register their name, info, salon name etc. So when you order online, you are registering, hence why it is called registration. Ok, everyone got it now? Great!

Speaking of ordering online, we sincerely hope everyone is adjusting and in favor of our new online process.  We realized that online registration helps us keep track of everyone’s orders more effectively (especially those who had a nasty habit of leaving their physical registration tickets at home- we still love you!)

So, instead of dealing with that hassle, all you have to do now is order online here. Just enter your information (don’t fret the “mailing address”, nothing will be sent out)  Once your order is complete, you can print your admission or  for the more technically savvy, pull it up for us to scan from your phone, iPad, etc.  and that’s it!-Go NOW you still have time to register at a discounted rate!

*At this late date all orders must be placed online, or pay full rate at the door.

For those who didn’t print it off, just look through your emails, a confirmation email was sent to you. If you cannot locate it just email faithe@bronnerbros.com and she will resend it.  If all else fails we can look it up at the show (but let’s avoid that-time consuming, you know?!?)

“What if it was ordered under a different name?” – Email faithe@bronnerbros.com and she will change it to the name of the person attending.

“What time does registration open?”Registration opens at 9am, a full hour before the floor or classes begins, but if you don’t like lines, arrive early!

“What happens when I arrive? Where do I go?”  – You will go to Registration. It is located on the 4th level of the Georgia World Congress Center, Building A- there will be TONS of signs pointing you in the right direction.  You have to exchange your printout, scan, etc. for an armband. (photo badge for VIP’s). Please expect to wait in a line for check in, –Don’t worry you won’t have to wait too long.

*STUDENTS- You MUST have your student id/badge/letter in order to be given entry. If you purchased a student pass and are not a student, you will have to upgrade at the door.

“Do I have to keep this armband on???”  First and foremost, DO NOT remove your armband, or lose your badge. If you do, you will have to purchase it again at the FULL door price. Yes, that means you have to shower and sleep in your armband for the duration of the show. Trust us, we know they do not fall off or break…just.trust.us…- not a fan of that, there’s always VIP.

Ok, I have an armband, now what?”Now you are officially a registered attendee! You can attend free classes, the exhibit hall, night events etc depending on the package you purchased. You do not have to register for free classes, just go! Our advice is to be early for all events to get the best seating.

*all night event seating is based on a 1st come 1st serve basis.

FYI, the hours are as follows:

Sat- 10am-7pm exhibit hall/free classes- 9pm Comedy Show

Sun- 10am-7pm exhibit hall/free & paidclasses – 9pm Hair Battle

Mon- 10am-7pm exhibit hall/free & paid classes -6pm ICON Awards

Tues- 10am-1:30pm Free classes, Exhibit hall CLOSED

So, that’s the registration process in a nutshell! Everything should run smoothly upon arrival, but if you have any additional questions, email faithe@bronnerbros.com and she’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.

Don’t for get to follow us for exclusive BTS (behind the scenes) of the show!
